TCF International has received advice from Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) that the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) intend to restart Protected Industrial Action at all DP World Australia terminals nationally.

Attached is the notice sent out by the MUA and below a summary of the start dates and proposed action at each port.

TCF is trying  to obtain more detailed information to determine what "work restrictions" entail, as well as an expected finish date of this Industrial Action.

Coupled with bad weather hampering port operations, existing port congestion and vessel rotation changes it is certainly a challenging time trying to minimise the effects of delays and meet all delivery requirements. TCF will continue to communicate directly with any clients affected.
