** BREAKING NEWS **- MUA & DP WORLD REACH AN IN-PRINCIPLE AGREEMENT

We are pleased to inform you that TCF has today been notified of a significant development in the ongoing industrial situation within our industry.

DP World has successfully reached an in-principle four-year agreement with the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA), a process facilitated by the Fair Work Commission. This breakthrough signifies the resolution of the prolonged industrial action that has adversely affected multiple sectors within our industry, resulting in considerable financial ramifications.

While the agreement is awaiting endorsement by MUA members employed by DP World, the union has confirmed that DP World wharfies are prepared to resume work, effectively ending months of Industrial Action.

This development is anticipated to bring much-needed relief to all of us in the logistics and shipping industry, with the hope of restoring stability and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
