MUA ANNOUNCES PROTECTED INDUSTRIAL ACTION TO START - DP WORLD AUSTRALIAN TERMINALS
TCF International has received advice from Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) that the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) intend to restart Protected Industrial Action at all DP World Australia terminals nationally.
Attached is the notice sent out by the MUA and below a summary of the start dates and proposed action at each port.
TCF is trying to obtain more detailed information to determine what "work restrictions" entail, as well as an expected finish date of this Industrial Action.
